Construction Management

Shelco has provided our clients construction management services acting as the Owner’s fiduciary in all matters related to the project. We have provided project review, value engineering, scheduling, constructability review and estimating. After the trade packages have been received a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) is established and the construction phase then begins. We agree to furnish the skills and judgment to cooperate with the Owner and Designer to further the interest of the Owner and the project.
