Our management style of one stop manager creates continuity in the project as it progresses through design and into actual construction.  This management style provides the owner and other delivery team members with a clear and consistent source of all the project’s construction requirements.  Each project is led by a Project Executive and with a Project Manager, an on-site job Superintendent, and the Director of Field Operations who serves as our “Quality Control” coordinator in the field.  Shelco’s flat management structure provides easy access to all members of the project team. From those in the field to the upper management team, the structure allows for quick decision making and the timely completion of each job.

Shelco has six (6) LEED Accredited Professionals and five (5) Green Advataged Certified staff to assist in achieving LEED Certification.  Their responsibilities include registering the project for certification with the US Green Building Council (USGBC), participate in the selection of LEED credits to pursue, assist in tailoring green building technologies to the clients needs, analyzing cost and constructability issues associated with design decisions, and coordinate the necessary documentation and preparing of submittals.
