Since 1978, we at Shelco have provided quality construction services to clients in the two Carolinas, Virginia, and Georgia. With offices in Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Raleigh, North Carolina, and Greenville and Bluffton, South Carolina, our project specialization includes office, warehouse / manufacturing, retail / mixed-use, technology, and healthcare.  Our TST Group also provides expertise and construction services for interior renovations and upfits. 

Our philosophy of partnering with our client has proven to be successful, whether it be a bid, negotiation, or design/build arrangement. In 2007, company revenues totaled $326,000,000, with 82% of that amount resulting from repeat business opportunities.

From pre-construction and budgeting through project completion, Shelco provides Project Executive involvement to ensure coordination for all members of the project team. In the field, our site superintendents work closely with a Safety Officer to ensure OSHA approved standards, while monitoring day-to-day operations of each job.
